This page explains what Forden Accounting collects when you contact us and how we use it.
What we collect
Our enquiry form collects your name, work email, business name, country, the service you are interested in, and any notes you provide. We also record when the enquiry was received.
If you reach the form through a guide or tool on this website, we may also save that resource’s identifier with your enquiry to understand which resources lead to service requests. When you send the form, we also save how you first arrived on this website: the address of the site that sent you (without any query details), the first page you landed on, any campaign tags (utm) in that link, and whether you came from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot or Claude. Your browser keeps this on your device until you send the form.
Please do not include tax documents, account passwords, bank details or other sensitive financial information in this form.
Analytics
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to count page views and a few actions: opening the signup form, sending it, and clicking the offer on a page. PostHog stores an identifier in a cookie or your browser's storage to recognize repeat visits. We don't send your name, email or notes to PostHog, and we don't record your screen or keystrokes.
How we use your enquiry
We use these details to respond to your request and help you get started with the service you choose. If you request catch-up bookkeeping, we also use the details to assess the missing periods and agree a separate price for that work. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Enquiries are stored in private storage provided by our website host, Vercel. Access requires authentication. We do not sell your contact information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry details, or stop following up, by emailing jovan@fordenaccounting.com.
